The bit_count function now handles scalar inputs in addition to arrays. Scalar inputs return scalar outputs, maintaining proper type semantics. Enable bit_count tests in bitwise.sql Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
