[Improvement] [Api Server] Complement task with wrong date format input causes an infinite loop

What happened

When an error occurs when the date is entered manually for the complement task(eg. use '\n' instead of ',' or use []),the page does not prompt an error, and the task can be submitted successfully, but the scheduling date is empty, and tasks are continuously generated, resulting in an infinite loop

What you expected to happen

Date verification is required, and an error will be reported for the wrong date or not executed
