What happened

When I configured the At User Ids parameter in the alarm, it did not take effect and the test message it sent did not specify the user.

What you expected to happen

When I configured the atUserIds parameter in the alarm, it can specify the user in the message.

How to reproduce

1. Create Alarm Instance
2. Choose DingTalk
3. config At User Ids param
4. click test send button
5. The test message does not specify a user
