Description

The Chinese (docs/docs/zh/guide/upgrade/incompatible.md) and English (docs/docs/en/guide/upgrade/incompatible.md) upgrade docs are significantly out of sync.

The Chinese version has the following issues:

1. Duplicated entries in ## dev section (6 items that belong to ## 3.2.0)
2. Untranslated English entries in Chinese docThe Chinese ## dev section previously had 3 entries left in English (items 4–6 above). This was partially fixed by translating them to Chinese, but they still shouldn't be under ## dev at all.
3. Version section ordering inconsistent
   both files had inconsistent version ordering (e.g. Chinese was: dev → 3.2.0 → 3.0.0 → 3.2.0 → 3.3.0 → 3.4.0 → 3.4.1 with a duplicate ## 3.2.0).
