Looks like the aws java sdk is updated everyday, even we catch up with the latest release, the dependabot will recognize another upgrade in another day.

Is there any better idea to handle such PR raised by dependabot? @xvrl @gianm

@FrankChen021 we currently check for updates daily. Since we're not very aggressive at merging dependabot updates, we can probably reduce frequency to weekly. I doesn't look like we can specify different frequencies for specific packages.
