Line graph overlaps labels on other series on mixed series

Steps to reproduce

Add a 2 bar series and a line series.

What is expected?

Labels to be on top of all graphs.

What is actually happening?

Line graph overlaps the labels the bar graph labels.

The default z2 value in the line chart seems to be too large here. https://github.com/apache/echarts/blob/master/src/chart/line/LineView.ts#L945
We can change it to 1 so it won't overlap labels.
