Steps to Reproduce

1. 对第一个图进行区域缩放
2. 其他图并非等比例放大，而是按照值域放大了

Current Behavior

1. 数据区域缩放不是等比例放大
2. 通过事件监听on("datazoom") 获取的是值而不是百分比

Expected Behavior
