Need general on Grails 8 stable release

Our grails Application currently rung on v7. So far so good.
With the news about Spring Boot 3.5 OSS EOL this month, we would like to know the status of Grails 8 release that we can use. Should we begin to use Grails 8 M1 for testing our App ? please guide us with more information. Thanks!

You defnitely should start testing that would be helpful to us. At some point we will have an option to use Hibernate 7. Thanks Walter @borinquenkid

8.0.0-M3 will contain groovy5, spring boot 4, and hibernate 7. It's being staged and should be ready later this week.
