Related to change for GROOVY-7611 (PR apache#545), JDK 8+ is required in order to compile all features.

For 2_5_X and 2_6_X in order to compile all features JDK 8+ is required for building releases (related to PR #545).
Also included a commit to add JSR223 DGMs in the GDK docs. These methods were moved from
org.codehaus.groovy.vmplugin.v6.PluginDefaultGroovyMethodsandorg.codehaus.groovy.vmplugin.v6.PluginStaticGroovyMethodsbut the docs build was not updated to include the new files.
