Any template that I can create to support ETCD? How can I start this action,thanks.

Hi etcd has no adaptation support yet, you can use custom monitoring to write yml to monitor etcd due etcd exposes promethues protocol metrics. Like apache iotdb monitor or apache shenyu montior.
Also, etcd is in roadmap we will support as soon as possible.
