[Feature Request]: Option to disable the profile selector

Option to disable the profile selector added to the top of the desktop version in 2.20.

We disabled the security options for now in the regular client, I missed that widget i think we should disable that one as well by default for now.

Or hide it behind a hop-config option as it might be useful to debug the different profiles

I completely missed this as well, looked at it every day. Duh!
