[Bug]: Configure Hop Environment is not working on WIndows

What happened?

The Configure Hop Environment functionality is not working on Windows. By selecting the Configure Hop environment entry from the Menu action, the related dialog opens but as soon as you press the Preview or Apply buttons the following exceptions appears
