(just doing some pull request cleanup) @talkasa - Sorry for the delay. Until recently, we (libcloud developers) weren't notified about new pull request so this one managed to slip through. Can you please close this pull request and if those changes are still relevant, synchronize your fork with the latest trunk and generate a new one? Thanks! |

Useful for printing progress from scripts (as spinning up machines take a while).
This is also more consistent with the other apis (image).
Added 2 tests that verify that it works :)
