Adjust newline handling of the RemoteSysLogAppender #274
Description
Currently the RemoteSysLogAppender splits messages on newlines:

It would be desirable that one can configure this behaviour:
- keep newlines as is (many syslog servers can handle newlines in the message part)
- escape the newlines (\\r for \r and \\n for \n)
- splitting the message at new lines
The new default should be escaping the newlines.
