[Desktop] Focus the title input when renaming a session or project

What happened

When a user starts renaming a session title or project title, the title input is displayed but does not receive keyboard focus. The user must click the input before typing.

Expected behavior: the input should be focused automatically when rename mode opens so the user can type immediately.

How to reproduce

1. Open the Maka Desktop app.
2. Start renaming a session title or a project title.
3. Type without clicking the title input.
4. Observe that the input does not receive the text.
5. Click the input and type again; text entry now works.

Environment

• Maka version or commit: 7fdc015da
• OS and version: macOS 15.6
• Surface: Desktop
• Node.js version, if running from source: v24.19.0

This affects both session-title and project-title rename interactions. The rename input should receive focus as soon as it is rendered.
