NIFI-16132 Add Component ID to Standard Component Log MDC

Summary

NIFI-16132 Adds a componentId key to the SLF4J Message Diagnostic Context in the standard implementation of the ComponentLog to provide unambiguous reference to the component performing logging operations.

The adjustment includes requiring the componentId argument in both constructors, setting it in the MDC along with existing logging attributes.

Additional changes include renaming SimpleProcessLogger to StandardComponentLog, aligning with common project naming conventions for classes.
