NIFI-16207 Switch CaptureChangeMySQL to SSLContextProvider

Summary

NIFI-16207 Refactors the CaptureChangeMySQL Processor to use the SSLContextProvider interface instead of the SSLContextService interface. The factored approach supports configuring alternative implementations of the SSLContextProvider, leveraging instances of SSLContext instead of passing certificate and key properties to the MySQL JDBC Driver.

The implementation strategy requires setting the minimum required version of the MySQL JDBC Driver to 8.1.0 and adding a custom Java Security Provider that uses SSLContext instances created using the configured SSLContextProvider.

Changes include a new integration test that exercises the delegating Provider implementation to connect to a MySQL container with TLS enabled.
