Summary
New series of the STM32F746G-DISCO use Winbond W25Q128JVEQ instead of Micron N25Q. This PR adds support for the Winbond chip. The initialization code is copied over from
boards/arm/stm32h7/linum-stm32h753bi/src/stm32_w25q.c.Impact
Flash chip on new series of the STM32F746G-DISCO can be used.
Testing
Tested on STM32F746G-DISCO.
