looks good to me. @smengcl if you like to take another look.
Maybe we need another section for all design docs, but I haven't figured out where to put them. So this PR is good as is.

I think we might need a way to auto / semi-auto sync all the design doc (and other) changes from ozone code repo to ozone-site. Otherwise ozone-site content might risk drifting away from main code base if not attended to..
