Problem

• The feature list section had excessive horizontal padding, leaving less space for text on smaller screens.
• Feature list section was not properly readable on smaller screens.

What Changed

• Removed horizontal padding on smaller screens.

The screenshot looks like it is applied to website v2 https://ozone-site-v2.staged.apache.org/ which is branch HDDS-9225-website-v2. However this PR is opened against master branch. Is it intended?

Thanks for checking, @jojochuang.
I made the changes for the master branch and it applies to the current website.
I have also attached the screenshot of the site for the reference.
