What changes were proposed in this pull request?
S3 Gateway has a bucket browser HTML page. It used to work only in unsecure environment. After HDDS-4339 it requires authorization header, which regular browser does not send, so it no longer works even in unsecure environment.
This PR removes the bucket browser and all documentation references to it.
