[fix][ci] Skip pulsar-client tests in OTHER group

Motivation

• After [improve][ci] Add pulsar-client test group #18298 changes, the pulsar-client tests get run twice, as part of the CLIENT group and as part of the OTHER group

Modifications

• Add skipTestsForUnitGroupOther maven profile to pulsar-client/pom.xml so that the tests don't get run as part of OTHER group.
