Add server-side message and trace query history with pagination, search and summaries, plus a searchable history drawer on the message page. Search terms are LIKE-escaped so wildcards match literally. Rebased onto current rocketmq-studio (InstanceSelect / topicError coexist).

Supersedes #1919 (by the same author; maintainer push access to that fork was denied, so this carries the same change rebased onto current rocketmq-studio): server-side message/trace query history with pagination, search and summaries, plus a searchable history drawer on the message page. Maintainer adjustments on top: rebased conflicts with #1563/#2051 (InstanceSelect + topicError kept) and escaped LIKE wildcards in history search. Verified: backend 29/29 related tests, web build + 86/86 instance page tests.
