Bump up banyandb helm version to 0.7.0-rc1 - #193

The 0.7.0-rc1 chart adds the optional canopy web console (canopy.enabled) and the no-default image.tag requirement. The e2e BANYANDB_TAG pins the current main sha (36921708), whose -testing and -canopy images are published. Verified: helm dep up resolves the subchart to the published 0.7.0-rc1 digest (sha256:627f14d8...).
