docs: Add geOrchestra project and pi-geosolutions to In the Wild

... and taking the opportunity to add some geOrchestra instances and fellow companies using Superset

SUMMARY

This PR proposes changes to the In the Wild page:

• adds a few records in the Others category

  • companies:
    • pi-Geosolution (Jean Pommier)
    • JDev
    • CamptoCamp
  • geOrchestra (FOSS project, integrates Superset in its toolset)

• renames Government category to Government / Public authority to better take into consideration local public authorities too

• adds a few records in the Government / Public authority of geOrchestra instances featuring Superset (including geo2france who financed my i18n-fr PR):

  • A few French regions
  • 2 metropolises
