This commit adds the ApplySchema primitive to change the schema of an already allocated FrameBlock in DML. Closes apache#1732
This commit optimize the conversion of each internal Array to the other
arrays. Furthermore, it include a substantial increase in tests of the
FrameBlock and internals thereof.
Minor things:
- Fix metadata reading and applying schema in frame tests
- Spark Append Frame Bug
- The spark instruction for cbind and rbind incorrectly handled metadata
if we use rbind the metadata locally of columns. This is fixed now.
