I'm sending this dummy PR to kick off the travis build. I've been struggling for a while to get the test suite pass locally in the provided Docker images using the same scripts as Travis. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if the tests will no longer pass on `0.13` because of some dependencies. Thanks, J
