I have two worries with this implementation,
Firstly, we need a nice way to handle testing for semantic operators in the future.
Secondly, I feel like I'm just implementing general optimisation for UDFs here, I'm curious as to your thoughts as to whether this should just be an extension on-top of the current platforms.
