This PR reorganizes the Presto, Trino, and BigQuery examples to follow the existing Wayang project structure.
The runnable examples are now located in
wayang-applicationsand connect to user-managed platform deployments through Wayang configuration properties. The repository-provided Docker Compose environments, setup directories, root demo scripts, and OS-specific environment template have been removed.Closes #796
