In the early 2000s, many but not all account creation requests used a common format including "Preferred userid: (uid)" or "Username: (uid)". By grepping for that, and generally getting the root reply about the creation, we can get many (but not all - format was optional) of the 2002 to early-2004 creation dates. Also clarify the documentation/comments a bit. WHIMSY-63
