Signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple, so it
launches without Gatekeeper warnings. Installed copies update
themselves in place via the in-app updater. On first launch, grant
Echo the Accessibility permission (System Settings → Privacy &
Security → Accessibility) so it can read window titles.
