Finalcad is a French construction-technology company, founded in Paris in 2011, whose Finalcad One platform digitizes work on building sites — punch lists and defects ("observations"), quality and safety inspection forms, site meetings, plans and BIM models, documents, phases and subcontractor companies — across iOS and Android field apps, a web app, an AutoCAD plugin and the Finalcad One API.
This profile was built from Finalcad's public developer surface: the developer portal at https://developer.finalcad.com/ (a Postman public documenter carrying 201 published requests), the help centre's Public API collection, and live probes of the API host. Finalcad publishes no OpenAPI; the OpenAPI documents in openapi/ are mechanical derivations of the provider's own Postman collection, which is saved verbatim in collections/ — with a handful of Finalcad employees' personal e-mail addresses and one expired example JWT replaced by placeholders.
Finalcad merged with Wizzcad to form Advae, and Orisha acquired Advae in March 2025; Finalcad is now a solution of Orisha Construction, and www.finalcad.com redirects to orisha.com. The developer portal, the API host (developer.finalcad.cloud), the sandbox host and the help centre all remain live on the Finalcad domains.
