dredd unable to accept --header values containing whitespaces (or colons) #98

Example:

dredd apiary.apib http://foo.bar.com -h MyCustomDate:Wed, 10 Sep 2014 12:34:26 GMT

-> the date will be truncated.

Surrounding the header value with "" or '' or `` doesn't help...
