This should have been a docs/chore commit, not a feat. You don't want such things in changelog, let it be to drive the next package bump (the auto mode in #701). |

This PR adds basic AGENTS.md with underlying .md docs.
Fixes mistake in README.md, .nvmrc does not exist in this repo.
