Fixes a NullReferenceException when hovering a call to a generic method whose return type is a bare TypeVar resolved to a collection type (#16).

pls.tar is the 1.8 payload with a rebuilt Microsoft.Python.Analysis.dll containing the fix; all other components are unchanged from 1.8.
