- Windows menu launcher no longer needs option 1 chosen twice.

model_catalog_json, so the model list follows the provider. Invalid 'input[n].id',array too long, andItems are not persistederrors when resuming conversations. - Paginated history lineage offsets are recomputed after rewriting rollouts (fixes
cutoff byte offset is past the source rollout), and the stale thread history cache is reset. - Threads whose recorded model is unavailable fall back to a model that exists for the active provider;
\?\prefixes in stored rollout paths are removed. - Rollout files are rewritten as bytes, preserving line endings.

Clarifies the local Codex Desktop history index scope, protocol compatibility, troubleshooting, billing limits, and verification boundaries. Adds bilingual navigation, issue forms, contribution and citation metadata, and a cross-platform release gate. Provider switching and history synchronization behavior are unchanged.
