Custom AI prerelease

This release has everything you need to make custom AI for your tracks, but also is missing many important things to make sure your AI layout is valid. It is very important to backup anything you edit before you press save as track corruption is possible.

Important things to remember:

• Triangle zones must be perfect right triangles or they may be detected wrong or not at all. You can use the ctrl key to lock objects to a grid to make this easier
• Some values might be slightly different in game than you set them in the editor. The best way to check this is by just exporting the track again
• If the program crashes, report a bug in the issues tab. To get a more detailed output you can run the DEBUG.bat file included. This will output at Log.txt file in the install directory that details every read and write operation.
