Folder 00_DATA contains 3 files, which will be used in Genome assembly modules
- GCF_000005845.2_ASM584v2_genomic.fna [Complete genome sequence]
- GCF_000005845.2_ASM584v2_genomic.gff [Tabular data with GFF3 format]
- GCF_000005845.2_ASM584v2_protein.faa [Protein fasta sequences]
==> Download these files to a folder "UNIX_TUTORIAL"
==> In terminal traverse to the location of "UNIX_TUTORIAL"
