Miyoo Flip 6.14.0-rc.2

This new release candidate allows the Miyoo Flip to have lower brightness and lower volume on lower settings. Maximum are unchanged.

• Write directly to the DAC volume registers at low volume to use full codec range.
• Unbind backlight driver and write directly to its duty_cycle to enable (slightly) lower brightness.

In addition, newest commits from upstream have been added to the branch.

To update from a previous (recent) pre-release, simply drop MinUI.zip at the root of your existing SD card and boot.

Miyoo Flip 6.14.0-rc.1

This new pre-release brings the following improvements to NextUI on Miyoo Flip:

• Support of some Bluetooth headphones.
• Support of HDMI output in 720p. Hot-plugging is not supported. The cable must be plugged and unplugged when the device is off.
• Fix of the device hanging for a few seconds when waking from sleep.
• The main input is now Joypad (instead of keyboard). This should allow some USB or Bluetooth gamepads to work if the button mapping is right (this is not officially supported however).

Miyoo Flip 6.14.0-beta.2

This new beta brings the following improvements compared to the previous beta:

• Fixes for USB C headphones which should make them functional.
• Review of all additional emulator cores, many were not included in the Miyoo Flip release.
• Fixes to Bluetooth and WiFi behavior during suspend.
• Improve BootLogo Pak process to make it safer.
• Addition of turbo input feature.
• Fixed an issue with D-pad events duplication.
• Fixed a ghosting display issue in the main menu when the volume was being changed.

The build for other platforms was also fixed with commits from LoveRetro#799, they were missing from the previous beta. The commit ebac427 was also reverted for this build as it prevents some achievements to be unlocked.

Things that were not yet tested: HDMI output, Bluetooth audio.

Miyoo Flip 6.14.0-beta.1

This beta build brings the Miyoo Flip to parity with the latest NextUI 6.14.0 release. This includes offline RetroAchievements, Pre- and Post App/ROM launch hooks, kernel scaling governors, etc.

In addition, this includes the following fixes specific to the Miyoo Flip:

• Better sleep behavior when the lid is closed.
• Jack is properly detected when plugged-in before boot.
• Phantom keyboard input in Files Pak.
