ADFA-4626: use the Knowledge To Go logo and remove the splash gradient#179

- ic_launcher_foreground: Knowledge To Go mark (phone + green head) on a white background, sized to match the sibling app's launcher icon (scale 2.35 in a 1600 canvas; phone at 60.7% of the icon height). - Regenerate ic_launcher / ic_launcher_round PNGs (mdpi..xxxhdpi). - Splash: remove the animated blue-green gradient; logo + wordmark on a plain background following system light/dark.

Replace the app logo (
ic_launcher_foreground) with the Knowledge To Go one. The splash logo and the in-app header use the same vector, so both update with it.
