Basic actually includes Maps (InstallationPlanner: all tiers ship maps, MAPS_BASIC_GB), and Full adds Books — the two were crossed. Basic: 'Wikipedia reader app + Maps app'; Full: 'Standard plus Books app (all apps)'. Standard unchanged.
