A fresh box otherwise opens on iiab/iiab's placeholder test.zim. This replaces it with a branded multilingual welcome ZIM, as a post-Ansible step in the iiab-android wrapper so role-managed state is never touched mid-run.
install_welcome_zim (gated on the kiwix role) removes test.zim, copies static/zim/k2go_welcome.zim from the cloned repo into /library/zims/content, and runs iiab-make-kiwix-lib once. It fails soft when kiwix is disabled (32-bit) or the asset is absent, and never creates the zims dir itself.
Also marks *.zim binary in .gitattributes and documents static/zim/. The k2go_welcome.zim asset ships in static/zim/ (git add static/zim/).
