• Language detection no longer reads Obsidian's internal localStorage keys.
  It now asks the bundled moment locale, falls back to the system language,
  then to English. Settings continue to use the plugin data API.

• Unlocks inline — the content unfolds inside the note, no modal
• Locks itself again when you leave the note, when the window loses focus,
  or after a timeout you set
