• Issues: a new sidebar tab under Log feed lists the session's errors
  and warnings grouped by what they say — Token refresh failed: <n> ×41 —
  with the level, count, first and last time and a small timeline, like
  Sentry but local. Numbers, ids and times are ignored when grouping, the
  same way Compare does. Sort by newest, most frequent or errors first;
  switch to errors only. Click one to see exactly its events in the Log
  feed, the first one selected; right-click to copy it or Ignore it as
  known noise — it stays hidden in every session of that app (Show
  ignored brings it back). While a device is connected new issues appear
  at the top, briefly highlighted. The sidebar badge counts error issues,
  the Log feed's filter bar has a ⚠ chip that opens the tab, and Sessions
  shows each session's issue count and top three. Agents: issues_list
  and issues_ignore, and a pattern key in every log filter.
