Bug Fixes

Allowed creative to trigger MRAID open click through even when MRAID not enabled in SDK.
Handled VideoEnabledWebChromeClient crash
Fixed resizeToFitContainer expanding too much logic.

Known Issues

AdColony SDK and AdMarvel SDK can't be compiled together because of same package name
