Swagger-UI 3 and namespace change

We switched from swagger-ui 2 to swagger-ui 3 and changed the root namespace from Jlapp to Appointer.

We also refactored the config file and many many things within the package structure. Please re-publish the things you published before (see readme for more information on publish-able things).

Note: Authorization configuration not yet working.. i'm kind of waiting for a documentation for the new swagger-ui.
