  • ConnectivityMonitor: Fix edge case where offline state isn't detected when NetworkCallback.onLost() doesn't fire (#65)
    • Added fallback check using connectivityManager.activeNetwork
    • Now requires both the tracking map AND the system's activeNetwork to agree on connectivity status
    • Fixes issues on some devices/OS versions where manually disabling WiFi/cellular doesn't trigger the expected callbacks
