Lost plus chart in appsmith.URL.queryParams

Steps To Reproduce

1. open any page with query ?branch=staging&email=test+v1@example.com
2. in js module call console.log(appsmith.URL.queryParams);
3. lost plus chart in query

@akaratai , In URL query strings, browsers follow the old application/x-www-form-urlencoded standard (used by HTML forms).
In this encoding, a space is represented as +

So in order to make this work where + symbol is not lost, you need to encode the email id using a function like encodeURI before appending into the query parameter. It should be something like ?branch=staging&email=test%2Bv1@example.com

And then you need to use decodeURI on the value like decodeURI(appsmith.URL.queryparams.email) to retrieve and console the value test+v1@example.com
