v1.0.6 — drop test-mode visual indicators

Removed the yellow Test mode badge and the dashed outline on the overlay. They were plugin-imposed chrome that conflicted with the principle (set in v1.0.3) that Divi controls all popup styling. The popup now renders identically in test mode and production — what you preview during testing is exactly what visitors will see.

Test-mode behavior is unchanged: page restriction, frequency bypass (cooldown + session cap), time-delay re-arm on dismissal, and console diagnostics in DevTools all stay.
