Settings card no longer shows a TOOLS tab.

Card

• File tabs are now AGENTS, SOUL, IDENTITY, USER, MEMORY
• AGENTS.md still maps the DeepSeek Harness source-tree workspace file
• There is no official DSH TOOLS.md injection, so the empty editor tab is gone

Requires DeepSeek Harness >= 0.1.0-rc.7.
